Some of the tips for students starting their first semester at the INSEAD Singapore are:
Students who apply for University must be humble and should interact with as many people as possible. Mainly because the more people you talk to the better knowledge you get.
Attend as many gatherings and parties as much as you can.
Applicants should avoid missing classes, as 70% of learning comes from students going to classes.
Students can get involved with extracurricular activities, i.e joining university clubs, sports etc. This will also look good on a portfolio in the longer run

Below are the most common misconceptions about the INSEAD Singapore:
Applicants need a 700+ GMAT score to get into the university: Having a higher score in the GMAT or GRE will not get you admission to INSEAD Singapore. As these exams are just admissions criteria that the university looks at, of which, all criteria hold equal weightage.
Applicants must have five years of experience to get into INSEAD Singapore: But that’s wrong as the university, accepts applicants who also have two years’ work experience and are 24-25 years old, as well as those who have up to 10 years of work experience and are in their mid-thirties as well
