Yes, Vancouver Community College can be a good option for Indian students going to pursue Diploma or certificate programs. VCC offer various diploimas and certificate programs that can make listed as skilled worker in Canada. A Diploma or certificate programme from VCC allows international students including Indian students to apply for Post-Gradaution Work Permit.

Students starting their first semester at Texas A&M University should keep the following things in mind:
- Make an effort to be social. Try to make friends and grow your network
- Join clubs, take part in extra-curriculars, explore things outside the class
- Ask intelligent questions during your classes
- Learn to cook as relying on cafes and restaurants for food will not make a very good choice
- Do not be afraid to ask for help. Use tutoring and resources available at the university

If we consider TAMU cost to study, then the tuition fee for out-of-state students is USD 40,607 according to U.S. News & World Report.
