San Francisco Bay University (SFBU) and the University of Texas, Austin (UT Austin) have different tuition prices. Compared to SFBU, UT Austin is clearly more affordable. An overview of the expenses for both universities is shown below:

In-state tuition: SFBU: $42,634, UT Austin: $9,806
Net Price: $17,742 for UT Austin and $33,655 for SFBU
Average Financial Aid: $23,895 at SFBU; $4,890 at UT Austin

These numbers suggest that UT Austin is a more affordable option than SFBU.

Yes, an average Indian student can join West Virginia University (WVU). WVU has admissions requirements for different programs, including medical school, landscape architecture, and others. WVU practices a holistic review of each applicant, including the incorporation of competency-based admissions. Although WVU no longer requires specific coursework, all applicants must be able to provide evidence of a strong scientific fund of knowledge and strong social/interpersonal skills. WVU does not have an open admission policy, but it does offer an early decision plan for some programs.
