Yes, Symbiosis Institute of Technology Pune offers admission to BTech (Lateral Entry) programme with a course duration of three years. The final merit list of selected candidates will be based on the scores obtained in the diploma. Aspirants need to pass Diploma Course/ Diploma in vocational course or Diploma in Vocational stream in the same or allied sector as per AICTE norms or a BSc degree with at least 45% aggregate (40% aggregate for SC/ ST) to apply for BTech (LE).

Symbiosis Institute of Technology, Pune offers admission to BTech programme based on JEE Main or any other State Engineering Entrance Exam. Aspirants who have not appeared for any of these entrance exams can appear for SITEEE. SIT Engineering Entrance Exam (SITEEE) is conducted by Symbiosis International (Deemed University). It is held every year for admission to the engineering programme of Symbiosis International (Deemed University). There are three sections in the SITEEE exam: Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Candidates are required to pay an application fee to register for a course at SIT Pune. The application fee for each SIT programme is INR 1,000. It is a non-refundable fee to be paid via any of the online payment modes. Aspirants applying for SITEEE have to pay an application fee of INR 2,250.
