Yes, candidates pursuing Nutritional Sciences and Dietitics from SSPU have to complete an internship programme. The internship for dietitian has to be done in the second semester of the programme. Candidates must submit the internship certificate to the authorities. This internship shall help candidates in getting real job exposure.

The university offer two scholarships for BSc in Beauty and Wellness course applicants. SSPU Pune offers seven sister scheme and My India Paradise scholarship schemes. The seven sister scheme can be availed by students from North-East region who secured at least 60% in Class 12. Additionally, My India Paradise scholarship is for students belonging to Jammu and Kashmir, Leh-Ladakh regions with at least 60% in Class 12.

Candidates who have passed Class 12 with a minimum of 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for reserved category students from the state of Maharashtra) are eligible for the courses. The applicants further have to go through the SSPU selection rounds to get admitted. SSPU may conduct a skill test/interview for selection. For BSc courses, SAT score is also accepted. Students who meet the eligibility criteria can visit the official website to apply. After final selection, admission fee can be paid for seat confirmation.
