Yes, you can teach in schools by giving CTET entrance exam, provided that you have some degree or Diploma in education field. Then only you can apply. If you don't have B.Ed degree or any Diploma in education then do it in order to teach in a good government school with a good salary.

Yes, you can become a teacher in Kendriya Vidyalaya for PGT post, if you have a B TECH degree in Computer Science and more than 60% aggregate in it. Branches other than computer Science are not eligible for applying the post. For that, you have to look after the posts posted by Kendriya Vidyalaya Sanghatan. After clearing the exam conducted, you will be eligible to teach students of class 11th and class 12th subjects related to Computer Science. Note: One disadvantage for B.Tech student is that even if they are selected they will not be promoted further as they wouldn't have a B.Ed degree.

Kendriya Vidyalayas select teachers through their own selection process which has recently opened as well. You can check that online. KVs need B.Ed. Did you do B.Ed (Computer Teaching)? If so, you are eligible and you need to go through the specified process of selection.
