Since you are already working so u must hv registered yourself. For studying abroad you first need to be registered in your own country and then u can apply. Most of the countries abroad hv a stringent process for higher studies in medical so choose the country first. I am sharing the requirement and courses by one of the top universities from canada here. Read and decide if you wish to apply.

Engineering is considered to be most fruitful degree if you are from 12 non-medical background. There is no best course to do as such. You also have other options like B.Sc, designing and animation, interior and fashion. If you perform well in whichever course you are that will give you a good scope in future. Also the university plays a vital role to give your career a kick start. So choose a college with good placement record -

According to you should go for B.ed programme in regular mode and Ma degree in distance mode from 2 different universities through that you would get double benefit in terms of knowledge and growth in the end of B.ed programme when you get job in school.

When it comes to jobs, that depends on your profile and not the country. You will have to make sure that have the qualities to be considered a highly skilled professional.
