Yes ofcourse course very high chance for admission but you can check last year cutoff for that college so you can get idea.

According to your marks, you can get admission into these government colleges in Telangana State. A list of government MBBS colleges is
1- Government Medical College, Mahabubnagar
2- Government Medical College, Nalgonda
3- Government Medical College, Nizamabad
4- Gandhi Medical College, Secunderabad (government-funded college)
However, according to your AQI rank, you have fewer chances to get admission into a government college for an MBBS course. For government college, you have to score more than 550 marks. Whereas, you may try to get admission to Tomo riba institute of health and medical sciences, Arunachal Pradesh. I hope this will hel

Admissions are closed now at PV Narasimha Rao Telangana Veterinary University. Eligibility: pass 10+2 with a minimum of 50 percent from a recognised board or institute with PCB and English + TS EAMCET scorecard. Course duration: 5 years and 6 months. Fee Structure: INR 1,08,000 PA. Criteria for Admission: Admission is based on merit and an entrance exam.
