Getting admission in SPA-Delhi, Bhopal and the NIT's require 240 + marks, so there is no chance in getting admission there. And, all the seats in this colleges close within 3000 rank and for SPA's close within 1000 rank.

National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli is the best engineering college for doing engineering based on All India ranking. It is among top 20 engineering colleges in India.

TUM is the best option. It is ranked 25th in the world amongst the top technological universities worldwide.
