The education qualification to apply for the TNTET 2025 Paper 1 for Classes 1 to 5 teachers is mentioned below:
- Higher Secondary or its equivalent with at least 50 per cent marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known). or

There is important for a candidate to know about the specifications to apply for the TNTET exam. Candidate should be 18 years of age minimum to fill the form. There is no upper age limit but it is required for a candidate to go through the notification properly before submitting the form online.
