Teachers Recruitment Board (TRB) released a tentative answer key and the objection tracker window on the official website on February 21, 2023, for TNTET Paper 2 exam. The candidates are allowed to make objections against the released answer key from February 22 to 25, 2023 till 5:30 pm. Earlier, the TNTET Paper 2 exam was carried out between February 3 to 14, 2023. The practice test for the TNTET exam for paper 2 was released on the official website on January 13, 2023. The candidates can take the practice test to check their level of preparation for the TNTET exam 2023. The exam application forms were invited between March 14 to April 13, 2022.
The TNTET 2023 is an eligibility exam conducted to determine the eligibility of candidates as Classes 1 to 8 teachers in the schools of Tamil Nadu.

What is TNTET 2023?
Teachers Recruitment Board (TRB) Tamil Nadu conducts the Tamil Nadu Teachers Eligibility Test (TNTET). Candidates who qualify for the exam are considered eligible for Primary and Upper Primary Level teacher posts in the state of Tamil Nadu. TNTET has two papers, Paper 1 (for Classes 1 to 5) and Paper 2 (for Classes 6 to 8). Both papers have different eligibility criteria, exam patterns and syllabi. How to make Objection against TNTET Paper 2 Tentative Answer Key
The candidates may submit their objections or representation regarding the published key. Candidates should submit their objection or representation only through online objection tracker, available on the TRB website within the stipulated time i.e., from 22.02.2023 to 25.02.2023 till 05:30 pm. The steps to submit the objections has been given below for the candidates:
- Click the link provided on the website
- Enter the applicant's Registration Number/Enrollment Number in the Registration Number Field
- Select the applicant's Date of Birth.
- Select the Date of the Examination
- Select the Scheduled Batch
- Enter the Captcha which is displayed on the portal screen
- After completing the OT Registration Form, the applicant will click the submit button, and the system will generate OTP to the registered mobile number of the applicant
- After Successful OTP verification, the system will move to the applicant's OT landing page
- Read the Instructions and accept the declaration

- Raise the objection in the given fields
- Upload the supporting document and Click Save and Submit

TNTET Selection Process 2023
TNTET is conducted to determine the eligibility of the candidates who aspire to become teachers in government schools in the state of Tamil Nadu. The exam is held in two parts, Paper 1 and Paper 2. Paper 1 is for the candidates who appear for the primary level and paper 2 is for those who appear for the upper primary level. Have a look at the TNTET exam process below:
- TNTET application form: Firstly, candidates need to fill out the TNTET application form in online mode on the official website of the exam.
- TNTET admit card: Once the application process is over, candidates need to download their TNTET hall ticket from the official website of the exam.
- TNTET exam: Next, candidates need to take the TNTET exam in the offline mode for their chosen subject.
- TNTET result: Once the exam is over, TRB Tamil Nadu declares the TNTET result on its official website. Candidates clearing the written exam are then issued TNTET certificates based on which they can apply for the job of a teacher in the schools of state.

Candidates who are planning to appear for the exam must possess the following TNTET eligibility criteria:
TNTET Age limit: Candidates must be a minimum of 18 years of age. There is no upper age limit in the TNTET exam.
