No, the TNTET results are released only in online mode. The Tamil Nadu Recruitment Board (TRB) only releases the result only on the official website which can be accessed through the candidate's login. However, the TNTET exam is conducted in the pen paper mode where the candidates have to mark their answers in the OMR sheets.

Candidates can check Tamil Nadu Teacher Eligibility Test result by using login credentials. The methods to download the scorecard is given below:
 
Go to the trb.tn.gov.in.
Click on the TNTET result link.
Log into the official account using application/registration number and date of birth/password.
Click on the submit button.
The scorecard will appear on the screen 
Download and save it for later use

Go to the trb.tn.gov.in.
Click on the TNTET Answer Key and scorecard link for Paper 1 and 2.
The result PDF will appear on the screen.
Download it and save it for later use.
