This link is for GRE and TOEFL. SAT is difficult and universities have its own curriculum for SAT scholarship.
Study hard, give various mock test, learn time management, and buy books for TOEFL, GRE and SAT. Many online software for TOEFL mainly, download it and understand the pattern, practice essay writing of GRE every day. You must avoid any grammatical mistakes.

They evaluate every profile holistically, there is not one thing over the other. Saying they don't consider academics but only SAT and TOEFL would be wrong. SAT, TOEFL, etc. are also very much called academics.
Everything from co-curricular and academic grades to intellectual prowess, strengths and weaknesses will be evaluated. There is no single criteria. If you have poor grades but a good SAT however nothing special about your profile they will have little interest in you. An all rounded profile is what they want.
