Hi,
Find below the eligibility criteria to pursue MS degree from universities in US.
- Undergraduate degree in same or relevant discipline (60%-70% plus in degree)
- High score in GRE.
- High scores in IELTS or TOEFL.
- Preferred GRE score- 300-320 plus.
- Preferred TOEFL score- 90-100 plus.
- Preferred IELTS score- 6-7 bands plus.
The eligibility criteria for admission my vary from university to university.

Hello Mohith! If you are applying for an admission in the School of Engineering and Science then you will have to give GRE and either TOEFL (or) IELTS! Where as if you are applying for an MBA course then you may give either GRE (or) GMAT(most of the times GMAT is recommended for an MBA course but if you have already given your GRE test then you may apply with your GRE score) and either TOEFL (or) IELTS !

It is not mandatory that you must write both. Some countries like Australia accepts only IELTS with good bands. So it is better you decide which country you want to go then check the universities suitable for your course. Even each university has its own rule on deciding the entrance exam and scores. Once you finalize on those two you can go ahead to take the exams.
Prepare well before giving the exam.

The registration for TOEFL is done in the below mentioned ways:
1. Register Online.
2. Register By Phone.
3. Register By Mail.
4. Register in Person at a TOEFL iBT Resource Center
