- Undergraduate degree in same or relevant discipline (60%-70% plus in degree)
- High score in GRE.
- High scores in IELTS or TOEFL.
- Preferred GRE score- 300-320 plus.

It is not mandatory that you must write both. Some countries like Australia accepts only IELTS with good bands. So it is better you decide which country you want to go then check the universities suitable for your course. Even each university has its own rule on deciding the entrance exam and scores. Once you finalize on those two you can go ahead to take the exams.
Prepare well before giving the exam.

Please let us know in detail which course you wish to pursue for better advice, however for your reference please remember to pursue undergraduate degree from UK you need to have TOEFL score of 79 plus and for masters degree you need to have TOEFL score of 90 plus.

In order to pursue masters degree from universities in UK, you need to have relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university with good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take IELTS or TOEFL test to prove your english language proficiency.
For admission in masters degree in UK universities you need to have IELTS score of 7 with no individual band below 6.5 or TOEFL score of 90 with no band less than 20.
