The UCEED 2024 exam is tentatively scheduled to be conducted in the fourth week of January 2024, with exam timings around 9 am to 12 noon. The exact date and timings will be communicated in the admission notification. Complete information regarding the UCEED 2024 exam, such as the pattern, eligibility criteria, syllabus, etc., will be provided on the exam portal. Additionally, IIT Bombay will introduce a new website upon release of the exam notification. The UCEED 2024 exam will consist of two compulsory parts: computer-based Part A and offline-based Part B.

Tentative important dates for UCEED 2024 are as follows:
Application Form Release: September 2023
Last Date of Application (without late fee): 3rd week of November 2023
Last Date of Application (with late fee): 4th week of November 2023
Admit Card Release: 2nd week of January 2024
Exam Date: 3rd-4th week of January 2024
Result Declaration: 2nd week of March 2024

The seat allotment results for Round 1 of UCEED 2023 were declared by IIT Bombay on April 10, 2023. On May 10, 2023, the seat allotment results for Round 2 were announced. Subsequently, on June 10, the results for Round 3 were made available.

The counseling process for UCEED 2025 will be conducted as a Joint Seat Allotment process. To participate in the counseling, the candidate must have qualified UCEED 2025 and assigned a merit rank in the UCEED 2024 exam. If the candidate doesn’t have a merit rank, he or she is not eligible to participate the counseling-cum-seat allotment process.
The Joint Seat Allotment process for UCEED 2025 will be conducted in an online mode. A total of five institutes will participate in the counseling process. Seat allotment during counseling will be as per the merit rank of the candidate in UCEED 2025 and choices selected at the time of coun

The UCEED 2025 seat-acceptance fee for GEN/EWS/OBC-NCL candidate is INR 60,000. However, note that SC, ST, and PwD candidates only need to pay INR 15,000. The fee wiill have to paid within the schedule notified by IIT Bombay. If the candidate fails to make the payment within the given deadline, then the allotment will be cancelled. Also, the seat vacated in such cases will be allocated to the candidate next in the order of merit.
The UCEED 2025 counseling will have five seat allotment rounds. Note that the seat-acceptance fee will have to be paid as per the seat allotment round.

To participate in UCEED 2025 counseling, the candidate has to meet the following conditions:
Age limit - The candidate must be born on or after October 1, 2000
UCEED 2025 qualification - The candidate must have qualifed in the UCEED 2025 exam.
Qualifying exam - The candidate must have passed all five subjects in 10+ 2 or an equivalent exam in 2024 or 2025. Candidates appearing in the qualifying exam for the first time in 2023 or earlier are NOT eligible.

The 1st step of UCEED 2025 counseling is online registration.
The counseling registration process for UCEED 2025 will be conducted starting the 2nd week of March 2025. Candidates who have qualified in the entrance exam and have been assigned a merit rank in UCEED 2024 were eligible to participate in the counseling process.
The 2nd step is selection of campuses.
Eligible candidates had to register for counseling and select their choice of colleges in the order of priority at the time of registration.
In the 3rd step, seat allotment is made.

Qualifying exam (Class 12 or equivalent) mark sheet

The Joint Admission Process of UCEED 2025 will have five regular seat allotment rounds.
Also, any updates on SPOT round may only be notified by IIT Bombay at the end of the 5th round of seat allotment. Note that the SPOT round will be held only if there are vacant seats left after the complexion of the five regular rounds.
The allotment of seats during SPOT round will be allocated as per the merit rank of the candidate. However, the allotment will also be made on a first-come, first-served basis.

The registration fee for UCEED counselling 2025 is INR 4,000. The fees has to be paid in online mode using payment modes like net banking, credit cards, and debit cards. Note that if the candidate has been allotted a seat during UCEED counseling 2025, the candidate will also have to pay the seat-acceptance fee, which is separte from the counseling fee. If the candidate fails to pay the seat-acceptance fee, then the allotment will be cancelled and allotted to the candidate next in the order of merit. The seat allotment process for UCEED 2025 will be held in three rounds. The seat allotment for Round I will be announced on April 10, 2025
