Candidates applying for the UGAT exam must ensure they have the following documents while filling out the UGAT application form:

  • Scanned images of photograph (200 pixels x 300 pixels) and signature (200 pixels x 300 pixels) in JPG/JPEG format
  • Class 10 mark sheet
  • Class 12 mark sheet
  • Caste Certificate (for reserved category candidates)

If the candidates are applying online, then the images uploaded should be in JPEG, JPG, or PNG format and the file format should be as mentioned in the UGAT brochure.
