For studying abroad you need to give an entrance exam which is compulsory known as IETLS.

Some universities accept you if you have very good marks in Class 12th English. They might ask for a letter from your college called MOI (Medium of Instruction). But for top rank colleges, IELTS score is usually compulsory.
