First of all, salute to your courage that you cleared your B.Tech till lasts, as there are many more who left it incomplete within 2 or 3 years. You are eligible to MS if you have B.Tech degree but for scholarship it depends on your grades and college of Masters, you are going to join.
All the best.

MBA in India is 2 years and is considered a Masters Degree. In foreign nations however, it can range from 1 year to 3 years. You will have to check each college individually. Also, not all courses are considered a degree. You will again have to confirm that for each college.

BBA from a well-known, reputed college will help in getting good score, I would suggest you to do a research on some good colleges about faculty, teaching, and college history and this will help for studying MBA abroad.

Do you want to study abroad or work abroad after studying in India? For the latter part, I would suggest complete your PG by either M.Des or MBA. Both have a good demand in foreign nations. Also give IELTS or TOEFL exam and check colleges that will give you admission based on your score for studying abroad.
