The exams for MSc Microbiology differ from college to college. The colleges in Pune hold entrance exams at departmental level and are MCQ based ones.
Similarly, universities conduct their exams as well. MSU Baroda, UoP, NCBS, NIV, IISER, TIFR, JNU and many other institutes conduct their entrances for MSc and Integrated PhD exams.
Depending on the field you want to dive in, select the option that you see fit. Though NIV puts you in the field of virology, it also is one of the most renowned institues in India and has a very tough entrance exam!!!!

Hey,
It is divided in 6 semesters (if the college follows semester system) and the subjects I had in each semester are-
Ist Semester Biochemistry and Cell Biology
IInd Semester- Microbiology & Molecular Biology
IIIrd Semester- Immunology and Biophysics
IV Semester- Biostatistics and Computer Biology & Environment Biotechnology
V Semester Plant Biotechnology and Genetic Engineering
VI Semester industrial Biotechnology and Animal Biotechnology.
You might not exactly have the same order but the subjects remain same.

Hi Rahul, see both the colleges are good at their own place. It totally depends on your interest and convenience. Although Symbiosis College should be your preference for B.Com because this college has a very good team of experienced faculty members.
Best of luck.

You can't get admission in the third year of B.Sc directly and also with this kind of desire. You must attend the regular classes to complete your graduation in chemistry honors. Without practical classes, you cannot learn anything. So, no college will allow to do this.
Try to attend regular classes full time.
