The institute offers B.E. / B.Tech in various specialisations, such as Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, and Polymer Technology, etc. Candidates are selected for B.E. / B.Tech based on KEAM, CBSE 12th, and Kerala 12th scores with minimum 45% aggregate marks.

The eligibility criteria for M.Tech at the University College of Engineering, Kakinada as follows:
- For enrolling in an M.Tech course students must have a bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognised University.
- Student must have obtained a minimum of 55% or higher score in Undergraduate Degree.
- Candidates who have completed a five-year programme and received a Master of Science degree are also eligible to undertake the Master of Technology program.

To be eligible for admission to B.Tech programs at Sri Venkateswara University College of Engineering (SVUCE), candidates must meet the following criteria:
Education Qualification: Candidates must have passed the 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognised board or university with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
Minimum Marks: Candidates must have obtained a minimum aggregate of 50% (45% for reserved category candidates) in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in the 10+2 or equivalent examination.
Age Limit: Candidates should be between 16 and 22 years of age as of the admission date.

Tamil Nadu native candidate who have passed any of the VIII, IX, X, XI & XII Std. or their equivalent exam from schools situated outside Tamil Nadu can also apply. They should produce Original Nativity Certificate. Children of Central Government Employees, irrespective of their nativity, provided their parents or guardians (only if both parents are not alive) have been serving in Tamil Nadu continuously for the past five years can be eligible to apply. Sons & daughters of All India service Tamil Nadu cadre officers are eligible to apply. A Self declaration from the parent in this regard is to be produced. Children of employees in the Public Sector or Government recognised institutions had been working in their organisations for the past five years are also eligible, irrespective of their domicile. Other State candidates who have studied VIII, IX, X, XI and XII Std. in Tamil Nadu are eligible to apply. |
