The admission process for MTech programs at UIET is based on the candidate’s GATE score and performance in the qualifying examination.
Preference is given to GATE-qualified candidates for all courses. Candidates with at least 60% marks in the qualifying examination will be given admission if seats remain vacant after GATE-qualified candidates’ admission.
In conclusion, GATE is the mandatory entrance exam to get admission to MTech at UIET.

Admission has been started since July and most probably all the seats have been filled but maybe some seats will be vacant for specific criteria.
