Yes, all the first-year and second-year students that are under the age of 21 and live outside of twenty0five mile radious from the University of Toledo are required to live on campus and have a meal pla. Typically, the students who live on campus engage in more activities than those who live off-campus. These activities and academic engagement allows the student to be more successfull in their academic pursuit.
