Generally, if the student is applying for a UG course, then they apply through a common app. The applicant receives a mail regarding their application status but to track the application, students can check the portal they applied to. 

The University of Wyoming accepts the Duolingo test for undergraduate and graduate courses. The university expects students to have a minimum score of 105 or higher, 110 for Engineering majors for undergraduate courses and 110 or above for PG courses. But the university also allows various other ELP such as IELTS and TOEFL.
