No, request to change the exam centre allotment will be entertained after filling the application form. Candidates can make the necessary changes in the information entered in the application form of UPCATET regarding their exam centres.
They can even re-upload the documents, and change the exam city preference or programme selection as per their requirements. Once the exam centre is allotted, no request will be entertained by the exam conducting authorities.

Yes, applicants who pass the 12th standard exam with compartment will also be eligible to appear in the UPCATET exam.
There are no passing percentage marks for the UPCATET exam. Candidates need to just pass the exam. But there are wise criteria which must need to abide by. Students should not be more than 16 years and less than 22 years of age on December 31, 2024.
Applicants who fulfill both criteria need to fill UPCATET application form and appear in the exam.

No, it's mandatory to have a domicile of UP to get a normal seat in UPCATET exam. Authorities ask for the UP domicile during counseling process. Applicants who want to apply UPCATET online form must fulfil both age wise as well as educational eligibility criteria.
The Eligibility criteria for UPCATET is mentioned below:
- Indian citizenship.
- Candidate must pass 12th standard exam from a recognised board.
- Uttar Pradesh domicile status.

The UPCATET exam is compratively easy in comparison to JEE Main, BITSAT etc. exam. Applicants who have secured atleast 60 % marks in their academic exam are more likely to qualify the exam. Since it is state owned examination and number of users are also less in comparison to other competitve exam.
Applicants just need to complete the syllabus within time and practise more and more to qualify the exam with good marks.

There are four participating universities offering admissions on the basis of UPCATET results which are as follows:
- Banda University of Agriculture & Technology
- Narendra Deva University of Agriculture and Technology
- Chandra Shekhar Azad University
- Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel University of Agriculture and Technology.
Applicants who want to participate and take admission in these universities must appear UPCATET exam and pass the exam with good marks.

The counselling process of the UPCATET exam generally takes 20 to 25 days to complete. The schedule of UPCATET 2024 counselling will be released along with the release of the official notification in online mode in pdf file.
Last year the counselling process was started on June 20th and completed by July 14th, 2023. There were two counselling for UG and PG courses while there was one counselling for PhD courses.

Normally, UPCATET offline counselling is not be done in offline mode. Applicants who want to take part in admission process must participate in online counselling done by Narendra Deva University of Agriculture and Technology ( Ayodhya). Candidate must note that after declaration of UPCATET results the exam conducting authorities will release the dates of UPCATET counselling schedule.
But authorities also releases the special schedule of offline counselling. Candidates who want to take part in counselling must prepare the required documents as well as security fees which needs to be deposited during counselling process.
