Commonly asked questions
Q:   What is the validity period of UPCATET results for admission to various programs?
A:

The validity period of UPCATET (Uttar Pradesh Combined Agriculture and Technology Entrance Test) results for admission to various programs can vary depending on the specific rules and policies of the participating universities and colleges. In general, UPCATET results are typically valid for one academic year.

This means that candidates who have qualified in a particular year's UPCATET examination can use their results to seek admission to undergraduate, postgraduate, or doctoral programs in the same academic year. If a candidate wishes to apply for admission in a subsequent academic year, they would generally need to reappear for the UPCATET examination, as the results from a previous year may not be valid for the new academic year.

However, it's essential to note that the exact validity period of UPCATET results may be specified in the official UPCATET notification or by the participating universities. Therefore, candidates should carefully review the official notification and guidelines provided by the conducting authority to understand the specific validity period for UPCATET results for the year they are interested in applying for admission.
