VNSGU has multiple cells for coordinating all the student-centric activities. The University has a cell for the redressal of grievances of the students with reference to examinations. It is headed by the Controller of Examinations. Also, it has a cell that manages all the activities concerning the female students of the University. It has a career counselling cell that has been established to support the students of the University for their overall development.

The hostel fee at VNSGU, Veer Narmad South Gujarat University varies depending on the type of hostel and the category of the student.

• For boys, the hostel fee for a single room is INR 4,900 per month, while the hostel fee for a shared room is INR 3,500 per month. For girls, the hostel fee for a single room is INR 7,800 per month, while the hostel fee for a shared room is INR 5,500 per month.
• The hostel fee includes charges for accommodation, mess, laundry, and electricity.
• The hostel fee for international students is INR 40,000 per year.
• The hostel fee is payable in advance for the entire academic year.

The minimum marks vary for each category, round, quota, and year. According to the ACPC cutoff 2024, admissions were closed at a rank of 9910047 for the students belonging to the General AI category. The university accepts admissions to MBA on the basis of 2 entrance exam, one being the ACPC exam, and other being the GUJCET entrance exam.
