VNSGU has multiple cells for coordinating all the student-centric activities. The University has a cell for the redressal of grievances of the students with reference to examinations. It is headed by the Controller of Examinations. Also, it has a cell that manages all the activities concerning the female students of the University. It has a career counselling cell that has been established to support the students of the University for their overall development.

The university accepts admissions to MBA on the basis of 2 entrance exam, one being the ACPC exam, and other being the GUJCET entrance exam.
