Your XAT percentile is fine but minimum qualification for admission to the PGDM program at the Institute is three / four years bachelor's degree with minimum 55% marks in aggregate (50% for SC/ST) in any discipline recognized by Association of Indian Universities. So keep a tentative track of your 3rd year marks and then apply.

Its always depending on how you perform in your interviews. If you can justify your year gap well and you have something in tour profile which can impress the panel then you stand a chance. But xat score is very important in any case

Hi, apply with your XAT scores,as our college does not accept MAT scores. You have a fair chance ,but cannot guarantee the call as your graduation score is below 65%.

You have a fair chance of getting shortlisted. Your scores are decent barring your graduation scores. As few companies ask for a min. 65% in graduation ,the college prefers taking people with good graduation score. However, if you are able to perform well in your PGDM, your scores in grad can be overlooked by the recruiters.
