There is no shortlisting for ISC test. Based on cat and ISC score, participants are called in for gdpi. Your CAT score is good. Do well in ISC test.

Rohit, yes you are eligible given that you have a good academic record as well. Once you will be shortlisted you will be called for gd/pi process which is surely going to be tough as there is a huge competition, so prepare well.

Min eligiblity is 60% in CAT but you never no your luck so better apply for it.as if seats will remain vacant you have good chances to be in.

CAT and GMAT are the only other exams that SPJIMR accepts. You should have cleared the sectional cut offs mentioned at http://www.spjimr.org/pgdm/admission-shortlist-process.aspx

You can look for Kirloskar - Pune because you will not get calls from premier institutes like:
1. Welingkar.
2. KJ Somaiya.
3. Great Lakes, etc.
