Xavier School of Communications Bhubaneswar provides scholarship to students with 85% marks in aggregate in class 12 examination, they will be provided 50% course fee waiver only at the time of admission. So, no the university doesn't provide a 100% scholarship for Mass Communication students.

No, the Xavier School of Communications Bhubaneswar is not under CUET. Admission to the courses of the university is based on the applicant's score in XAT/ CAT/ GMAT/ X-GMT. These test scores determine the eligibility of a candidate in MBA progammes including MBA in Business Management, MBA in Mass Communication, MBA in Urban Management, MBA in Human Resource Development, MBA in Rural Management, etc.
