Its depend on interest & liking you can choose zoology, botany in addition to the subjects you required .
Confirm decision on selection of the subjects purely on the basis of your interest in the particular subjects.

The cutoff marks for admission to the B.Sc. in Zoology in Avinashilingam University will be declared with regard to the CUET (UG) entrance test marks, as the admission procedure for the academic year 2024-25 would be through this entrance exam.
