The University Grants Commission (UGC) is a statutory body established in 1956 by the Government of India through an Act of Parliament for the coordination, determination and maintenance of standards of university education in India.

Private University is a university established through a State/ Central Act by a sponsoring body viz. a Society, a Public Trust or a Company. Such universities may be independent of UGC control over day-to-day activities, but cannot award degrees, affiliate institutes/colleges or set up off campus centres etc. without the UGC's approval.

| Grade 'A' accredited by NAAC

The National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) is an autonomous body established by the UGC to assess and accredit institutions of higher education in the country. It grades an institution from A++ (best rating) to C. Rating D indicates that the institution is not accredited.

As you are in Private College, they provide their own scholarship for which you can contact the admission department. Another scholarships are given by State and Central Government. Scholarship from Central Government can be found on National Scholarship Portal (NSP). There you have to search for scholarship according to the category. I think it depends on your interest i.e. what you like and what is a good option for you but in general for forensic sciences, if you are really interested in it then it is a very good option. It is a very good career option because it will give you get into an adventurous job. Amity University, Gurgaon is a good college and it has good faculties for this course but you should also consider other colleges if you get some better university then compare both and make a wise choice. Application forms are already out for B.Sc in Nursing program. Apply online, please visit www.amity.edu.gurugram and to apply through offline mode, in cash, please visit Amity University, Gurugram campus along with your documents and a photo, and then you will be able to apply and submit the form there itself. There is no test for this program. The selection would be made on the basis of your SOP (Statement of Purpose) video, for which you will be informed about once we will receive your application form.
