Scholarship is given by the college and by the Government. You should check National Scholarship Portal website to know more about different scholarship available. Scholarship will be provided to you on the basis of 12th not on JEE.

I would suggest you to go for amity gurgaon as the reviews for other two are not good. The reviews of other two say that the faculty is not good

Yes, you can still apply for BHM course at Amity Gurugram by simply filling there application form which cost only INR 1100/-. You can also go to university's site (given link below)
