Hi Simran,
You can go for both as both the branches are for Bio students.
Biotechnology is a branch that has come up very fast. On one hand, it caters to the industrial sector such as food and beverages industry, textiles industry, biological products, medicines and pharmaceuticals while on the other hand this branch of science caters to the requirements of agriculture, animal husbandry, nutrition and environmental conservation.
Because of the commendable scope in this field today it is one of the best career options. There is a great demand for biotechnical experts in countless industries and sectors like:
AgricultureAnimal HusbandryEnvironment ConservationGenetic EngineeringHealth CareMedicineIndustrial Research and Development
B.Tech in Food Technology deals with various applications of food science like preservation, distribution, processing, selection, packaging, etc. The students who pursue the course teach about the chemical, microbiological, and physical composition of food. Food Technology has a great application in the agriculture sector. So, these graduates have many opportunities in this field.
These candidates have a huge demand in the food sector of India. Given below is the list of government companies in the food sector of India:

A few career profiles for these graduates are:

Amity is a good university but then compare it with some other universities like Lovely Professional University, Galgotias, etc. and see to it which one is offering best placements and best study culture to you.

No! Both will suck your money and you will land nowhere for placement. If you really want to do BBA then I'd suggest you to go for Saheed Sukhdev College from DU or IPU. See, it is very much necessary to do MBA after BBA because as you know that salary of a BBA graduate is nothing but 18k or 20k. But if you have MBA too then your salary will definitely shoot up. I am suggesting you to go for a Govt. college for BBA (or if you want a private then please choose any low-cost college as it saves your money a lot for MBA). Along with this, prepare keenly for CAT/MAT or IIFT. I know you are brilliant. Feel free to ask anything.
Best of luck!

The combination of BBA and LLB subjects are taught over a period of 5 years in Sharda University. In the first three years, BBA subjects are predominant with relatively fewer LLB subjects. Emphasis is laid on experiential learning by means of guest lecturers, visits in parliament, jail, court, etc. Internship with top law firms, advocates and legal organisations.
