Amity is better than IPU in terms of faculty and infrastructure.
But it will be difficult to get good job placement after B.Com. So, I would suggest you study further and do some extra course like MBA finance, CA or CS or M.Com to get good jobs

Yes you can apply for BBA Gen programme as there is no need of Maths subject in eligibility.
You need to submit the application form till 4th may and then you need to appear for English grammar test and interview as selection process.
