If you want to pursue B.tech - Aerospace engineering than you can apply in Amity school of Engineering which is affiliated to AIEEE and for that you must have JEE main score and minimum 55% in class 12th (with PCM and English subject).

Non sponsored total fee will be Rs 11.97 lakhs
Sponsored total fee will be Rs 17.94 lakhs
Hostel Fee (if applicable): Noida Campus: Rs. 80,000/- (Non AC) per annum, Rs. 1,50,000/- (AC) per annum and one time Refundable Security Deposit of Rs. 10,000/- has to be paid at the time of admission

Yes, you can change your course but for that you have to fulfill the requirements mentioned below.
Selected candidates can give request for change of program after selection.
The request should be made to the admission office through Post / Track your Query section on the Admission Microsite before the last date of payment of the fee as notified in the Admission Letter.
Minimum eligibility criteria for the requested program should be met.
Request will be considered and approved subject to be consent of the admission committee.
A processing fee of Rs. 1100 will have to be paid with the fees if transfer request is approved.
