You can try to apply this college as of now. There might be change in rules for this year and for better information, you can just go through the web site of ASB, Bangalore.

Both PSGIM and ASB are equal and have almost same brand value for their MBA, though not comparable to their engineering courses. Both have good accreditation. If you join through TANCET, then fees for PSGIM is just Rs 4 lakhs, while through MAT or CAT scores will cost you Rs 10 lakh, while ASB fee is around Rs 11 lakhs. Both their average salaries usually range around Rs 5-6 lakhs. While Amrita has centralized placements, so if you happen to be in top 10 percent of ASB, it will be advantage than PSGIM but top 10 means it also includes students from their Bangalore and Kochi campus. ASB is slightly strict which might be uncomfortable to some. I hope my answer helps you.

The MBA program at Amritapuri has so far welcomed students with MAT scores provided they meet the cut-off of 80 percentile and to my knowledge no changes have been made to this policy so far.

HI,
Amity is different from BIMM. I would suggest you Amrita University, because it is the topmost and strength is low. Usually in MBA, studying in colleges with low strength is an added advantage. Amrita is a decent brand unlike BIMM, which might not be well received beyond Pune. Faculty is also good at Amrita. Placement wise the data provided by both institutes seem same but highest salary higher in Amrita. While ASB is fully residential, BIMM is based on first come first serve basis for hostel. BIMM would be more diverse than ASB. While BIMM has students representing every corner of the country, Amrita will have around 40% from Tamil Nadu and Kerala each and remaining 20% from others. Fee is slightly higher in Amrita than BIMM. So, in my opinion, MBA from Amrita would do you good. Don't prefer management colleges with high strength. Even if not Amrita, don't join any college with huge batch size. But, Amrita, Coimbatore is definitely good.

ASB usually does not accept distance UG courses. Although we recommend you contact us with your CAT/GMAT/GRE/XAT score at asb@cb.amrita.edu. We will let you know your eligibility.

Average salary for this year is yet to come . Yeah I agree ROI is important factor to decide a college but it is not the only factor you should see before joining the college . With 10 lakh fees you getting a dual degree and that too in analytics which is very very rare in our country no other college give that combo . So I would say packages do change year after year , we should consider the pedagogy of the course also with roi .
