My total aggregate percentage in BA is 49%. Will I be able to apply for B.Ed from Annamalai University?

50% is minimum for general category students and 45% is required for reserved category students. If you have teaching experience, then you may be preferred. So, you can try accordingly.

It is necessary to qualify NEET if you wish to pursue MBBS in any colleges in India. As to do practice in India and get the degree of MBBS in India is compulsory to qualify NEET exam. So, you should appear in the exam.
