Admission criteria, including cutoff percentages, can vary each year and also depend on the specific program you're applying for at Maharaja Agrasen College. Generally, securing admission with 70% in Class 12th could be possible for certain programs if the cutoff for that particular course falls within or below that range. However, it's important to note that cutoffs can vary based on various factors like the number of applicants, the overall performance of students, and the availability of seats. Sometimes, certain courses might have higher or lower cutoffs than others. To get a clearer picture, it's advisable to check the previous years' cutoff trends for the specific program you're interested in. A number of factors need to be taken into account when comparing the B Sc. programs offered by the National Institute of Management and Research Studies (NIMR) and Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai, in order to decide which school is more appropriate for a person's academic and professional objectives.Reputably respected TISS in Mumbai is well-known for its academic prowess in the social sciences, public policy, human development, and social work. The institute is routinely listed as one of India's best educational establishments. However, NIMR, a reputable organisation that offers management and research programs, is also worth mentioning. It might not, however, be as well-known and respected as TISS, particularly in the social sciences.Within its B Sc. programs, TISS provides a wide variety of specializations, such as environmental science, psychology, economics, and more. NIMR’s B Sc. programs may focus more on management-related subjects, potentially offering specializations in areas such as business administration, finance, or marketing.

DY Patil in akurdi has one of the best campus in Pune. The campus has more than 15 different colleges in it. Such as engineering, architecture, fine arts, mca, mba, etc. The landscape of campus is very well designed. Speaking about the architecture college building, the planning is very beautiful and there are lots of open spaces for students to enjoy. The overall vibe of the place attracted me so I wanted to go to this college only. One of the bad aspect would be the classrooms. In my first year there was no issues with the classrooms but later on since they divided us in three divisions instead of two the classrooms were short. So they had to divide a studio in two, which was very chaotic at some times. The admission procedure was quite easy and the staff was very helpful too.My brother who has completed his b arch degree from this College, College has everything which helps me become a good architecture. This College has a big infrastructure as compared to any other colleges, the drawing board and well-furnished classroom are there for students.Life at Dr. D. Y. Patil College of Architecture is vibrant and fulfilling! The college provides a nurturing and inclusive environment where students can thrive academically and personally. The campus itself is lively and buzzing with activity. You'll find students engaging in various extracurricular activities, participating in clubs and events, and forming lifelong friendships. The college encourages a sense of community and camaraderie among students, creating a supportive and fun atmosphere.
