You have not mentioned about the 12th marks. However if you are from Maharashtra and scored above 85% in 12th than can be hope for Sir JJ College of Architecture against your NATA score.

The maximum rank to get admission in bumat is 3000 rank but have possiblity that the admission is till 2500 rank cause there are only 720 seats .
