Better check with previous year cut-off for admission into that institute and if you are quite higher than that, you can get admission, else ask students who are pursuing 1 year in that institute.

Yes, Christ accepts MAT scores for admission to their PG programs. But it's always better to take other options into consideration. You can also take MAT May 2019 exam for consideration for getting admission into Christ University.
