There is no cut-off as such however the eligibility criteria varies from course to course. If the eligibility criteria mention that the candidate should have studied a certain subject in 11th & 12th then your performance in the said subject becomes an important factor, however, there are exceptions for this case too. Your admission in this University is actually a steal deal, if you do manage to secure a seat then go for it without having second thoughts provided if don't already have a seat secured in institutes of the stature of IISc, IISER, NISER etc. For your B.Sc the main thing that a personal interview for a B.Sc. Course tries to ascertain is your aptitude for the subject of your choice. While your previous academic performance might provide meaningful insight into your aptitude it does not necessarily mean that you are fit to pursue that discipline. Pursuing science for higher studies requires more than just marks, it requires will and the ability to enjoy the subject for the duration of your studies. If your thinking that how can a panel of professors ascertain that in a 15 min interview, to be honest: they just know, just the same way a blacksmith knows the quality of metal by giving it a gentle tap.

There is a mess in the college. I don't think you have the provision to cook your own food.

In terms of curriculum, its really good. But if you look for placements in MBA (Financial Management), there is no dedicated placement cell. The placement team of MBA takes care of them.

The cut-off for different courses depends on the board you opted for in your matriculation. For ISC it was around 80%; for CBSE it was about 85% and for PU about 90%. Hope it helps!

The faculty at Christ are mostly fresh post graduation passout from local universities and have zero knowledge and zero experience. Few of the rules are: a) formal shoes, shirt and pants everyday. B) 85%attendance c) management consists of people in white frocks (fathers) who have little sympathy and are cold hearted. The hostel have a bio-metric punch. Located on Bangalore - Mysore highway far away from civilization. The nearest mall is half hour by bus. Placements are disatrous. Out of batch of about 300,15 were placed. Only thing Christ University Faculty Of Engineering is good is for it's cultural events and campus (it's green!). Poor peer group and poor faculty members dilute this college and I strongly don't recommend anyone to join this college.

There is no direct admission process in Christ. You need MAT/CAT etc exams for getting into Christ.
Fee structure is 6.75 lacs for the academic year 2016-18 batch. The fees has been revised a bit this year.
