XIME, Bangalore is a better option among these but if you prefer Marketing specialisation, you can consider IMT Nagpur at the same place as XIME, Bangalore but XIME has a location advantage.

Minimum Score specified for MAT / CAT / CMAT / XAT / GMAT / GRE / ATMA is only an eligibility criteria and the actual score thereof shall have no bearing in the selection process.

Yes, Priya. But I will suggest you to opt for a Master Degree. With PG Diploma, you may not proceed in your career. So Master is a best option.
