Sorry to tell you, but as far as I know, Skype interviews are not available, you will have to come down to Bangalore at the scheduled time and date. Even I had to fly 2000 KMs for just an interview that lasted for 20 minutes.

50%+ with no backlogs in class 12th results, you need your 10th and 11th class marksheet to apply. Good marks are always an advantage. Even before class 12th results are announced, you can get admission by performing well in the entrance exam
