You cannot apply to the first round of selection at Christ University but there is a second round of selection that happens about three months from the first. The exact dates will be on the Christ University website. You can use your CMAT scor

Students are selected based on their performance in the selection process. The hostel fees would be communicated at the time of admission. It may come up to around 30k for one year without food.

It depends on what you want. The dual degree gives you an opportunity to study abroad for a year and also get a degree from each of the universities. If this is what you are looking for, go for it.
The regular MBA is also good.
