I do not have enough knowledge to compare the 3 colleges. It would be better if you personally look into the websites and understand the course and rating. And then decide.

Among above-mentioned names of colleges, I would say XIME followed by ABBS, MS Ramaiah and then IBA are the best.

With this percentage you won't get admission because you have not cleared the mathematics subject which is the main concern for BCA programme admissions.
You can check B.Sc-IT programmes in other universities.
