Eligibility for most places is 60% but if you have plans for Masters then keep it as high as possible, until 90-91%.

As you have scored 95.54% in class 12th and 75 percentile in JEE Mains, so you are eligible to participate in the counselling process. But fees will be the same as usual.

and the same fees structure remains till 4th year.
