1. Minimum aggregated 50% marks or equivalent grade is required in any one of the following examinations for the applicants: B. Ed., L.T., B.A.B.E.d. (Integrated), B.Sc.B.Ed. (Integrated), B.El.Ed., Graduation with D.El.Ed.
2. Aggregate percentage (theory+practical) of following degrees and diploma shall be entered on application form; B.Ed., L.T., B.A.B.E.d. (Integrated), B.Sc.B.Ed. (Integrated), B.El.Ed., Only D.El.Ed. (Not Graduation).
3. Candidates appearing in qualifying examination are not allowed to appear in M.Ed. Entrance Test.
4. Unlimited gap is allowed between qualifying examination and attempt to M.Ed.
5. Weightage marks to the candidates of following categories shall be given only after they produce required certificate/s to the admission committee issued from competent authority.
6. Total weightage marks shall not exceed to 07 percent (total 28 marks) of total marks of Entrance Examination, in any case.
7. Admission test may be organized at different centers in Gorakhpur.
8. There shall be two papers in M.Ed. Entrance Test. Each paper shall be of 2 hours duration. Each paper shall contain 100 questions of 2 marks each (200 marks). Thus, M.Ed. Entrance Test shall be of total 400 marks.
9. Questions of M.Ed. Entrance Test shall be of objective nature and of four alternatives multiple choice types. Candidates shall have to mark their responses on OMR sheets.
10. There shall not be negative marking in M.Ed. admission test.
11. First paper of M.Ed. Entrance Test shall comprise of question of Hindi Language, English Language and General Knowledge. Vocabulary,
