As you are AIR 450, it would have been pretty obvious that you would easily score GNLU, but now that you have in a way locked TNNLS the only option left for you is to wait for the vacancies. You will have to keep checking for the website of the NLU you aim to take admission in or maybe contact the administration directly. But, I highly doubt that there will be much scope when you apply for the vacancies as, you must not be the only one who has done such blunder and the people with better AIR will be given preference over you. Good Luck.

Hey there,
You won't be getting a seat in GNLU.
However, you may get a seat in lower NLUs that might have availability of seats.

On the basis of national level and the university level entrance test, candidates will be selected for admissions into law colleges/universities. Some colleges offer direct admission into law courses on the basis of the qualifying marks of the candidate. The merit will be prepared on the basis of performance of the candidates in the qualifying examination. No state level law entrance test is organized for granting admissions. Besides this, some law schools consider CLAT rank card for admission.

Hey,
Well, GNLU is considered amongst the top 5 NLUs in India and thus has high standard when it comes to academics with the best set of faculties who are distinctly known in their fields of specialization and quite a liberal academics, when it comes to assignments for those who don't want much of them.
You get to study all the important laws as core papers and optional papers and seminar papers throughout your five years here. Also, when it comes to your stream selection, you have all the possible options which not every NLU has to offer as you get arts, commerce, management, science and tech and social work even. Also, the class hours are quite suitable and less exhausting with well-furnished air conditioned classrooms. So, you could definitely mark it a 10/10 when it comes to an overall study structure.
Also, when it comes to faculty, you have well experienced set of teachers. Most of them have either completed their PHD or pursuing. Also, each of them is UGCNET qualified.
Also, you have more than 3 teachers for every subject to get different perspectives on one single subject. However, each of them is capable enough to guide you on every subject.
The placements are good. All Tier 1 ,2,3 and Boutique firms and corporate firms recruit students .The average recruitment percentage lies between 75-80% students placed in a batch.
Also, special recruitments are made by firms looking for BBA LLB graduates such as Krishnomics legal etc.
Also, the faculty for BBA LLB also indulge the MBA courses in the university, thus they are much to cater you.

Hey there,
Well, ofcourse, doing an yearlong LLM course from the university such as GNLU is valuable as it is something which everyone craves for i.e. a tag. You get the world class education as well as a TAG of being an NLUite which in itself is quite sufficient when it comes to placements. Also the placements here at GNLU for PG students are not that good as compared to Undergraduates but are decent and if you have a good CV and a good score, you will definitely get placed at some or other firm at the campus itself. Also beside campus placement you can also opt for other placements opportunities which may be off campus and also direct recruitments at various firms with a walk in interview procedures. Above all an LLM degree from GNLU will take you places in your career. You must opt it for your PG course.

Hello everyone,
Well the placement cell at GNLU is quite active and furnishes every possible opportunity for students ranging from law firms to corporate houses to public sector undertakings and law offices throughout India and in some cases, students have got placements abroad as well.
The top law firms in India include Cyril Amarchand Mangaldasshardul, Amarchand MangaldasTrilegalluthra & Luthra law offices, JSA & Associates, LKS associates and many more do visit the campus and even pre-placement offers are also made to students.
The placement process begins in the 4th year when the firms visit the campus and the process is then carried out. Apart from law firms various P.S.U.'s of Gujarat also express their interest in placements.
Recently SEBI has also offered internships to students which in turn helps in placements. Corporate houses like Star India has also provided assessment internships to students which again turns into a placement opportunity for students.
Apart from this after you complete your degree you may then prepare for U.P.S.C. or Judicial services exams for which GNLU provides lectures during the 5 years of students and also a competitive guidance committee works round the year to bring more opportunities for such aspirants.
Also, a law graduate can opt for CLAT P.G exam and get shortlisted by various central PSU such as ONGC, IOCL, GAIL, Power Grid etc.
