Jaipur National University, Jaipur, a Private self-financed University, sponsored by Mahima Shiksha Samiti, came into existence on October 22, 2007, through an Ordinance of the Government of Rajasthan, in 2008, after thorough inspection by an expert panel of UGC members, the University was accorded approval under Section 2(f).

School of Agricultural Sciences being a constituent college of Jaipur National University has started 4- year B.Sc (Agriculture). Hons. Degree course. The course involves the study of various disciplines of agriculture sciences that include Agronomy, Horticulture, Soil Science, Plant Breeding, Genetics, SEED Technology, Crop Physiology, Plant Biochemistry, Plant Biotechnology, Entomology, Plant Pathology, Integrated Pest Management, Water Management, Engineering, Agri-business, Marketing and others. Eligibility: - 10+2 in Science/ Agricultural stream with minimum 50% marks from a recognized educational board. Selection criteria: - Entrance Test+ Personal Interview.
