Yes, you can apply but for that you have to give nursing entrance examination and for giving that exam you have to fill application form. Application form date for some colleges has closed but some colleges are still left.

both universities organises their own entrance exams for admission in B.Tech and other UG courses. You need to appear in IPUCET. Jamia also conducts it's own exam.
